HOW DO WE ENSURE QUALITY TRAINING?
None of our workshops or course are franchised, every bit of our training is overseen by Artistic Director Jo Noel-Hartley and Producer Mark Hartley.
All our teachers are experts who work in the industry and practice what they teach. Not only will you find our teachers professionally qualified and experienced, they also have a fresh and realistic approach to training you, and are passionate about their art.
Jam doesn’t just know about theatre and putting that professional edge on a performance, we also have a wealth of experience in formal education. Mark Hartley was previously a highly succesful manager of performing arts schools in both Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. He brings to Jam years of experience in curriculum management, to ensure that the highest standards of education are maintained.
These include:
• All staff are CRB checked
• All practitioners’ teaching is regularly observed
• All students have Individual Learning Plans
• Course handbooks are available outlining Jam’s standard policies and procedures
• Strict Health & Safety Policy
• Some students (14+) can work towards accredited vocational qualifications, in association with
Spark-Ed (see Qualifications)
